Two (2) New Replacement High-Efficiency Hot Water Heating Boilers and indirect water heater

Furnished and installed: Two (2) 96.0% DOE, AFUE rated Lochinvar Knight XL series boilers, model KBN-286. Each boiler unit shall be rated for a natural gas firing rate of 57 CFH minimum, to 285 CFH maximum inputs with cascading sequencing between the two boilers.

Reconfigure the existing 3-zone heating system supply & return mains into a "primary-secondary" piping system reusing the three (3) existing B&G circulators and their relays & controls. Each boiler shall also be equipped with its own "boiler" circulator, w/ Y-strainer, condensate pump and neutralizer. Furnish and install on the system side, one (1) of each of the following: expansion tank; B&G pressure reducing valve; backflow preventer; Spirovent air/dirt eliminator.

Furnished and installed one (1) Superstore 45-gallon indirect water heating tank. Furnished and installed the following additional domestic hot water components with the indirect tank: temperature-pressure relief valve; vacuum breaker; B&G NRF-36 circulator pump; B&G 1" flow check valve; thermal potable water expansion tank; pipe, valves and fitting to connect into the new Lochinvar boiler primary-secondary piping system.

ONE (1) NEW STEAM HEATING BOILER & COMBINATION GAS/OIL BURNER

Furnish and install One (1) new HB Smith model 19-S4 steam heating boiler with a Power Flame model CR1-GO-10 natural gas burner and two (2) 275-gallon above ground fuel oil tanks.

The Power Flame combination gas/oil burner has a firing rate of 3,753 Cubic Feet an Hour (CFH) natural gas and 3-1/2 Gallons Per Hour (GPH) of #2 fuel oil.

The HB SMITH 4-section, series 19 steam heating boiler has an output of 413,000 BTU/HR.

ONE (1) NEW NATURAL GAS BURNER

Remove the existing older #2 fuel oil burner. Furnish and install a Power Flame model CR3-G-20 natural gas burner having a firing rate of 3,897 Cubic Feet an Hour (CFH).

The installation also included the removal of an underground fuel oil tank and the installation of a natural gas pipe line from the new gas meter to the new gas burner.

BOILER REPAIR

Remove the gas burner from the Viessmann Vitocrossal 300 hot water heating boiler. Remove the front boiler section and install new gasket material to stop flue gasses from escaping between the front and rear boiler sections.

Repair of a Power Flame natural gas burner on an incinerator combustor

AFTERBURNER REPAIR: Remove the Power Flamemodel HPGAO-2-E15natural gas burner from one of the three incinerator combustor units and replace its' refractory ring and gas jet spuds.

NOTE: Clark HVAC Services, LLC services this unique regional trash burning plant that also produces electricity from the waste being burnt. We service and maintain the three (3) Maxon oil burners that are used to initially ignite the waste and we service and maintain the three (3) Power Flame natural gas afterburners that have a firing rate of 25,830 Cubic Feet an Hour (CFH).

ONE (1) NEW STEAM HEATING BOILER & OIL BURNER

Furnish and install One (1) new HB Smith model 28HE-5 steam heating boiler with a new Carlin model 702, #2 fuel oil burner.

The Carlin 702 burner has a firing rate of 10.2 Gallons Per Hour (GPH) of #2 fuel oil.

The HB SMITH 5-section, series 28HE (High Efficiency) steam heating boiler has an output of 896,000 BTU/HR and 3,733 Square Feet of Steam.

Four (4) NEW COMBINATION GAS/OIL BURNERS

Remove two (4) old Gordon-Piatt #2 fuel oil burners from the existing 15-section Weil McLain series 88 boilers. Furnish and install four (4) new Power Flame model C3-GO-25B combination natural gas & #2 fuel oil burners in their place.

Firing rate of 4.763 Cubic Feet an Hour (CFH) natural gas and 33.0 Gallons per Hour (GPH) of #2 fuel oil.UL, CSD-1 and MA. Code Approvals

One (1) NEW NATURALGAS BURNER

Remove one (1) old #2 fuel oil burner. Furnish and install one (1) new Power Flame model CR2-G-20A natural gas burner.

The Power Flame natural gas burner has a firing rate of 2,396 Cubic Feet an Hour (CFH) natural gas.

One (1) NEW NATURALGAS BURNER

Acting as a Sub-Contractor for the McCormick-Allum Company, Inc. in Springfield Mam., Clark HVAC Services LLC removed one (1) old #2 fuel oil burner and furnished and installed one (1) new Power Flame model J50A-15 natural gas burner.

The Power Flame natural gas burner has a firing rate of 2,049 Cubic Feet an Hour (CFH) natural gas.

ONE (1) NEW STEAM HEATING BOILER & OIL BURNER

Furnish and install One (1) new HB Smith model LO28HE-S-5 steam heating boiler with a new Carlin model 7801CRD, #2 fuel oil burner.

The Carlin 801CRD burner has a firing range of 6.60 low fire, to 19.80 high fire Gallons Per Hour (GPH) of #2 fuel oil.

The HB SMITH 7-section, series 28HE (High Efficiency) steam heating boiler has an output of 1,330,000 BTU/HR and 5,542 Square Feet of Steam.

ONE (1) NEW STEAM HEATING BOILER & GAS BURNER

Furnish and install One (1) new HB Smith model HBSG28HE-S-6 steam heating boiler with a new Power Flame model J50A-15 natural gas burner.

The Power Flame gas burner has a firing range of 1,773 Cubic Feet an Hour of natural gas. The HB SMITH 6-section, series 28HE (High Efficiency) steam heating boiler has an output of 1,110,000 BTU/HR and 4,625 Square Feet of Steam.

Two (2) New Replacement High-Efficiency Hot Water Heating Boilers

Remove two (2) older natural gas fired boilers. Furnish and install in their place two (2) new Lochinvar model KBN-801 94% efficient natural gas fired hot water heating boilers, complete with new PVC flue vent piping and PVC fresh air inlet piping and reuse & remount the existing main circulators onto the new boilers.

As part of the boiler installation we also furnished and installed twenty three (23) new King ES120-R line voltage thermostats with new electrical wiring between each thermostat and the unit heaters.

The Lochinvar KBN-801 boilers are rated at 800,000 MBH input on high fire with a 752.000 MBH output to the heating system.

Two (2) New Replacement High-Efficiency Hot Water Heating Boilers

Furnish and install in their place two (2) new Lochinvar model KBN-701 94% efficient natural gas fired hot water heating boilers, complete with new PVC flue vent piping and PVC fresh air inlet piping and reuse & remount the existing main circulators onto the new boilers.

Each Lochinvar KBN-701 boiler is rated at 700,000 MBH input on high fire

ONE NEW STEAM HEATING BOILER

Clark HVAC Services as a subcontractor to MJ Moran Co., sold and installed the boiler, condensate receiver tank and the gas burner and MJ Moran Co. installed all the steam piping and natural gas piping.

MJ Moran Co. performed a total building heat gain on analysis on the existing steam radiators and the calculations showed the existing boiler were way too large for the building. After a year of running the new heating system Mr. Gougeon called Clark and said his fuel savings were unbelievably low compared to what the City of Northampton used to pay to heat the building with the two (2) old boilers

Clark HVAC Services furnished and installed in its place one (1) new HB Smith model HBSG19HE-S-7 high efficiency steam heating boiler complete with a new Power Flame model JR30A-12 natural gas burner and a Skidmore 49-gallon condensate receiver tank system.

NOTE: The building owner, at their own expense, contracted with a licensed asbestos apartment company for the removal of the two (2) existing steam boilers and related asbestos covered piping.
